Propecia can work. Like minoxidil, it will take about 3 months to see a change, 6 months to really have a change. You have to use it forever if you want to keep the hair you grow (that’s if it grows… and a pill a day)
Other than that, i haven’t found anything else, and i’ve decided to stop taking the pills and minoxidil. The pills really zonked me out, i couldn’t concentrate or think quickly any more. The minoxidil was like doing acid for me. It really made me feel strange, and i think it actually messed with my heart a little. It all got to be too much, so i decided to live with it.
Sorry i dont have any other suggestions, but i think those are the only two that work.
