Im 23 and ive been dealing with diffuse hairloss for over 8 months…I believe it may have been started when i was anorexic, i started taking wonmans one a day which is high in iron and other stuff…how long will it take to kick in ? Is there other vitamin deficiencys that can lead to hairloss?

Anorexia leads to hair loss, but vitamin and mineral deficiencies will cause your hair to appear less glossy and healthy. I’m also anorexic but now in recovery, and in my experience, the only thing that will allow your hair to grow back is when you begin to eat a healthy diet.

my hair is pretty damaged, and the only way it looks alright is if I damage it more by straightening it… i dont want to do that so i need help growing it long so i can cut off the damage. i just cut off some, but theres a lot more and its much too short already. ive heard that growth shampoo really works so i wouldnt mind trying that for a while. where can i get some that works, and is it a lot?

You can try prenatal vitamins. It will make your hair healthier and grow very fast. You can find these anywhere. Plus, they will make you nails stronger and grow faster and your skin look great. Or you could just buy the vitamins that are called Hair, Skin, and Nails.

I am a male who is losing hair and who suffers from breadt enlargement. Do you ladies feel I should get a hair transplant and breast reduction surgery if it will make me look better? I am confident about other things in my life except this.

Hi! Dry hair will not lead to a nice, sleek perm. Do some hair treatments, take good care of it, and when it is in a better condition, then go for the perm.

i don’t know about those procedures. I’ve been using essential oil formulas for hair growth. clary sage, lavender, rosemary and silicia gel (herbal).
