Is there any natural methods to prevent hair loss without the use of medicines?

im 16 and i THINK im losing hair although it might not be obvious. what i want to know is that is there any natural methods to prevent it? for example : shampooing hair everyday, wash hair everyday? i tried using Flaxseed oil pills and i wonder if it really helps. Thx if anyone can help me.

howdy im 21 years old , my hair has been falling out for about 1 year.. it has made me very upset ,, im not sure what i should do about it , sometimes i feel like i dont want to waste time and money at the hair club and i should just buzz my head, and other times i feel like i want to try to keep my hair,, i dont like the fact that i hear so many negetive results from people about hair loss prevention ,,, can someone with not such a negetive attitude give me some advice ,, is it worth my time and money or is it not… is a hairtransplant the only real solution ,, it seems like yes,, but there so expensive,,so i might just buzz my head and put this behind me ,, its to upsetting ,,, thank you
its receeding the typical way on the crown and above my temple …i currently feel like i will probally just keep it buzzed very short but avoid shaving it , and if it gets much worse as the years go by ,, i would consider a hairtransplant, but by the time im in my late 20’s i think loosing my hair would be much easier to accept ,,so my thougts right now are to just keep it buzzed but not shaved and see how things go,, i mean look at people like kelly slater and andre aggasi there loosing there hair but they still look awsome .. with there hair buzzed short… and some of the techniques you have told me seem like a good alternative instead of spending so much money at the stupid hair club and 10 thousand dollar hairtransplants ,, spending thousand of dollars seems stupid to me ,, i rather just keep it very short and if it gets much worse later on i would consider a hairtransplant , instead of dwelling on it all the time. im sick of dwelling on it ,,i cant let it control my life anymore

I’m wondering if there are any guys out there that have tried hair loss prevention techniques and have you lost your hair after using them? Also has anyone ever used a treatment that effectively regrew your hair after you lost it?

Hair Loss – Hair Restoration Methods

Other hair restoration methods that can be banked on is drugs such as Propecia and Rogaine. These are suitable for thinning hair and not for baldness. It can stop hair loss but can’t find a solution to baldness that is already present. It has narrow scope for improvement and has its own drawbacks too. It is said that Propecia can have ill effects on the growing foetus. Therefore, it is not advisable for pregnant women with hair problems.

Rogaine, on the other hand will not help thinning hair problems present in the frontal area of the scalp. It helps regrowth of hair on the crown of the head. It is often noticed that soon after the medication is stopped hair that is grown will gradually be lost. After a period of 6 to 12 months, your scalp may appear the same as before. Both the drugs Rogaine and Propecia require continued use to become and remain efficient.

Minoxidil is another popular drug used to treat hair loss problems. If minoxidil is stopped your hair grown in response to the therapy will be lost over the next 3 to 6 months. However, they don’t have any major side effects. There may be a reaction to the cream if it is used on face by mistake. Irritation or itching with the first application of topical cream may be prevalent.

In case of hair grafting, the hair removed from the donor hair is transplanted in to the bald area. This donor hair if not strong enough will shed off. If hair is not grafted well it may not grow in the bald area. This hair grafting is not suitable for all kinds of baldness. A prior examination of the scalp is required to find out if the grafting can be carried out on the scalp or not. If the scalp is too slippery the grafting will not be successful. If it is found to be suitable to your hair type and scalp, then there is nothing like this. It can work out better for you and give you natural looking hair.

Every treatment has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is good to understand them first and then opt for an initial examination of your scalp. Opt for the treatment if it suits you right and avoid shelling out money for unnecessary treatments.
