im having quite a bit of hair loss… ive been told that using the same shampoo for a period of time can increase hair loss.. is this true?
out. It has for the past fifteen years. The strange thing is as long as it is kept cut short I dont have the problem. Has anyone else had this problem or offer any advice?

I have lost fat %, but not pounds. Unfortunately, I have lost quite a bit of hair as well.
